Cooked, Cooled, & Ready In 60 Seconds

Our pasta is precooked, chilled, and flash-cooked for just 60 seconds when you order. Cooling cooked pasta naturally creates more resistant starch, which is digested more slowly than regular starch and may help reduce the blood sugar spike after eating—all while letting us serve your pasta hot, fresh, and fast.
